Goa, July 29 -- A woman farmer from Korgao has appealed to local MLA Pravin Arlekar for assistance in reviving her family's agricultural land, which has remained uncultivated for nearly 23 years due to financial hardships and her husband's prolonged illness.

Bhagyashree Bhanudas Narse said farming had been the primary source of livelihood for her and her husband for several years. However, they were forced to abandon cultivation after her husband's health deteriorated. The absence of an adequate water supply further worsened their situation, making it impossible to continue farming.
