Goa, June 11 -- What was expected to be a romantic honeymoon for a newly married couple turned into a family vacation, eventually leading to an irreparable marital dispute and a divorce plea in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut district.

The case involves a woman from the Ramraj area of Meerut and a man from Delhi's Patel Nagar, whose marriage was arranged through a matrimonial website. According to reports, the conflict began shortly after their wedding when the couple travelled to Nainital for their honeymoon.
