Goa, Nov. 4 -- An early employee of artificial intelligence company Anthropic has shared his personal experiences of working at the organisation, revealing internal disagreements over company priorities, concerns about AI safety and the pressures he faced before deciding to resign after just eight months.

Ivan Vendrov, who currently works as a researcher at AI image-generation company Midjourney, documented his experiences in an essay titled Some Memories of Early Anthropic, published on his Substack, Nothing Human.
