Goa, Aug. 5 -- Saurav Das, an independent investigative journalist based in New Delhi, has emerged as one of the most recognisable faces of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), a youth-led movement that has gained national attention through protests, debates and campaigns centred on examination security, administrative accountability and employment concerns.

Before stepping into politics, Das built his reputation through investigative journalism, Right to Information (RTI) activism and reporting on legal and governance issues. His transition from a journalist examining public institutions to the Chief Spokesperson of the CJP has drawn renewed interest in his educational background, professional journey and political activism.
