Goa, Nov. 5 -- In a unique and hard-hitting protest, Sanguem Municipal Councillor and Goa Forward Yuva President, Goa State, Meshu D'Costa, took matters into his own hands after a municipal supervisor allegedly refused to remove and bury a dead dog lying on the main road near the Government Sports Complex. Concerned about the serious health hazards posed to residents as the carcass began decomposing, Meshu personally placed the dog in a plastic bag and carried it straight to the Municipal Council, demanding immediate action. His message was loud and clear: "I will not compromise the health and safety of my people. If the municipality refuses to do its duty, I will bring the problem to its doorstep again and again!
