Goa, May 12 -- Vijay's trusted astrologer and spiritual mentor Radhan Pandit Vettrivel has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (Political) to the Chief Minister following TVK's strong performance in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. The appointment came shortly after Vijay officially assumed office as Chief Minister with the support of alliance partners.

Vettrivel reportedly played a major role throughout Vijay's political journey and was closely involved in important decisions during the election campaign. According to reports, Vijay had initially planned his swearing-in ceremony for May 10 at 3:45 pm, but the timing was later changed to 10 am following Vettrivel's advice about an auspicious "muhurat."
