Goa, Oct. 5 -- An IndiGo flight turned into an emotional farewell after a flight attendant prepared a homemade cake for the captain on his final flight with the airline.

Flight attendant Ashu Yadwade shared a video of the thoughtful gesture on Instagram, showing how she prepared the cake while the aircraft was cruising at around 36,000 feet.

The video begins with Yadwade taking a packet of biscuits and crushing them before placing the crumbs in an oven-safe bowl. She then added crushed chocolate cookies and cocoa powder to the mixture.

Sugar and butter were added next, with Yadwade combining the ingredients before pouring in milk. She mixed everything thoroughly until it formed a thick batter.
