Goa, May 9 -- Krishna Salkar inspected the ongoing development works at Swatantra Path and directed the contractor to expedite the project in view of the fast-approaching monsoon season.

During the inspection, Salkar reviewed the progress of the drainage and infrastructure works being carried out in the area. He assured local residents that the drain-related works would be completed before the onset of the monsoons in order to help prevent flooding and waterlogging.

The MLA emphasized the importance of timely completion of the project to ensure the convenience and safety of residents during the rainy season.
