Goa, July 8 -- Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar on Tuesday inspected the proposed works under the Development of the Historic Core of Vasco City project along with officials of the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) and project consultants.

The ambitious Rs.140 crore initiative aims to revitalise the port town through extensive infrastructure upgrades, improved public spaces and comprehensive urban redevelopment.

The project is expected to enhance Vasco's overall urban landscape, strengthen civic amenities and preserve the city's historic character while creating a more modern and pedestrian-friendly environment for residents and visitors alike.
