Goa, Oct. 29 -- Goa Minister Vishwajit Rane said shops damaged in the Vasco market fire will be rebuilt through the Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC). A contractor will be appointed to restore the structures to their original condition. Rane said he had spoken with affected vendors and Vasco MLA Daji Salkar through a video call. He urged the Opposition not to politicise the incident, adding that Chief Minister Pramod Sawant had also directed the government to take steps to rebuild the shops and assist affected traders.
