Goa, Oct. 27 -- The United Tribal Alliance Association (UTAA) has written to the Tribal Department seeking an inquiry into the expenditure of Rs 4.40 crore on the celebration of Prena Day at Ambaulim, Quepem. UTAA president Prakash Velip denied the association's involvement, stating that the government had never discussed any budgetary provision for the event with the association.
