Goa, June 16 -- The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the results of the Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2026, bringing relief and excitement to thousands of aspirants across the country. With the announcement, the recruitment process for one of India's most prestigious examinations has moved to the next stage.According to the commission, a total of 13,343 candidates have qualified for the Civil Services Main Examination 2026. The shortlisted candidates will now compete for 1,016 vacancies notified under this year's recruitment cycle.The latest figures indicate a slight decline compared to last year.
