Goa, May 20 -- The post-mortem examination conducted in the death case of a 17-year-old girl from Nachinola has reportedly ruled out foul play, according to sources.

The teenager was earlier found unresponsive in her bedroom at her residence in Nachinola, following which the family alerted authorities.

Mapusa Police had registered a case of suspected unnatural death and initiated an investigation into the incident.

Sources said the post-mortem findings did not indicate any signs of foul play. However, police are continuing with procedural inquiries to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the death.
