Goa, April 14 -- An unidentified body, believed to be around 28 years old, was found floating in a canal near Madgaonkars Wine Store at Teen Mad, Camurlim, around 7:00 PM. Locals alerted authorities after spotting the body in the water. The Mapusa Fire Services team, along with Mapusa Police, rushed to the spot and conducted a retrieval operation. The body was later shifted for further formalities, including post-mortem examination and identification procedures. Police have begun an investigation to determine the identity of the deceased and establish the cause of death in the incident.
