Goa, July 1 -- Two Vande Bharat Sleeper trainsets have arrived at Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna (KSR) Bengaluru Railway Station, marking a significant step towards their induction into commercial service. Manufactured by BEML, the trainsets will now undergo commissioning and trial runs before they are cleared for passenger operations.

Railway officials said the trains have been placed on the pit line at KSR Bengaluru for detailed inspections and testing. During the commissioning phase, engineers will examine the trainsets' mechanical and electrical systems, braking performance, communication equipment, onboard technology and other safety features to ensure they meet all operational standards.
