India, March 6 -- Two people were injured in a two-wheeler accident that occurred on the road stretch between Bandekar Wada and Khind in Morjim.

According to reports, the accident resulted in injuries to both riders, who were later attended to following the incident.

Following the mishap, Panch Mukesh Gadekar highlighted that accidents frequently occur along this stretch of road. He stressed the urgent need for the installation of speed breakers to help control vehicle speed and reduce the risk of further accidents.

Gadekar urged the concerned authorities to take immediate steps to improve safety measures on the road to protect motorists and pedestrians.
