Goa, April 15 -- In their first conversation following the ceasefire agreement between Washington and Tehran, US President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a 40-minute phone call, during which the Republican leader expressed warmth, saying, "I just want you to know we all love you."
According to US envoy Sergio Gor, the two leaders reviewed the "substantial progress" in bilateral relations and discussed upcoming cooperation across key sectors. He indicated that Washington and New Delhi are likely to finalise several "big-ticket" agreements in the coming days and weeks, particularly in the energy sector.
