Goa, April 10 -- A truck travelling along the Karnataka-Goa route crashed into a Forest Department check post at Anmod after reportedly reversing due to a technical snag.
According to initial reports, the driver lost control of the vehicle while attempting to reverse, leading to the collision with the check post structure. At the time of the incident, two forest officers were on duty but narrowly escaped without injuries.
The impact caused damage to the check post, though no casualties were reported. Authorities are assessing the extent of the damage and investigating the circumstances that led to the mishap.
