Goa, May 28 -- The Goa Traffic Police have announced major traffic restrictions and route closures on May 29 and 30 in view of the visit of the Vice President of India.

According to the traffic advisory, vehicular movement will be restricted along the route from Dabolim Airport to Dona Paula via Chicalim, Cortalim, the New Zuari Bridge, and Bambolim during the movement of the VVIP convoy.

The route will remain closed on May 29 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on May 30 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Traffic police have appealed to commuters to avoid the designated route during the specified hours and cooperate with authorities to ensure smooth traffic management and security arrangements.
