Goa, Aug. 31 -- Professional wrestler Dalip Singh, popularly known as The Great Khali, was involved in a minor road accident at a toll plaza in Panipat, Haryana, on Saturday.

Visuals of the incident surfaced online, prompting concern among fans and well-wishers. Khali has since assured his followers that he is safe and did not suffer any serious injuries in the accident.

The former WWE star addressed the incident in a video message on Instagram after receiving several calls and messages from concerned fans.

Khali said the accident was minor and explained that he initially chose not to speak about it because he did not want the incident to become a bigger issue.
