Goa, April 10 -- 85 workers have been retrenched for a year by a mining company based in Dingne, due to lack of work. On Friday, these workers expressed outrage, suspecting that mining dump material was being transported and blocked the trucks in the Surla-Dingne mining belt. The workers have issued a warning that if an immediate decision is not reached, they will intensify their protest. Later police arrived on the scene
