Supreme Court Upholds Cancellation of Bail for Birch by Romeo Lane Owners in Goa Fire Case
Goa, Aug. 31 -- The Supreme Court has upheld the Bombay High Court's decision cancelling the bail granted to the owners of Birch by Romeo Lane, in connection with the Goa nightclub fire that claimed 25 lives.
Following the Supreme Court's order, the owners have been directed to surrender within two weeks.
The case relates to the devastating nightclub fire in Goa in which 25 people lost their lives. The latest ruling upholds the Bombay High Court's decision on the bail granted to the accused owners.
