PANJIM, May 10 -- The State government is likely to file a criminal application before the High Court of Bombay at Goa for cancellation of the bail applications of Luthra Brothers -Saurabh and Gaurav.

During the hearing of a criminal application (main) filed by the Goa Police against Ajay Gupta, Additional Public Prosecutor Adv Swati Kamat Wagh submitted that she is getting instructions to file cancellation of bail applications for the co-accused, namely the Luthra brothers. She informed the Court that in the interest of justice and expediency, the applications relating to all the accused should be heard together.
