Goa, Oct. 13 -- The South Goa Advocates Association has raised concerns over alleged irregularities and delays in mutation proceedings at the Salcete Mamlatdar's office. The association has approached the District Collector, alleging maladministration and seeking an immediate inquiry into the matter. It has also called for administrative reforms to address the reported issues and ensure accountability. The association has demanded strict action against officials found responsible for lapses in the handling of mutation proceedings.
