Goa, April 11 -- At Shigmotsav 2026, organised by the Goa Tourism Department, the Shri Mandaleshwar Managuru Shigmotsav Mandal from Vaze-Shiroda emerged as the Romtamel Champions 2026.

The group delivered an outstanding performance across major cities in Goa, securing nine first-place awards and reaffirming its dominance in the traditional festival. This achievement marks their second consecutive championship win.

Backed by nearly three months of rigorous practice and strong teamwork, the mandal impressed audiences statewide with its vibrant displays and disciplined performances. Their success has brought widespread appreciation and pride to the people of Shiroda.
