Highlighting the importance of balancing public safety with humane animal care, SOWS-Goa called for the effective implementation of relevant Supreme Court directives. The association advocated for a coordinated, legally compliant approach supported by proper veterinary care, dedicated facilities, and clear operational mechanisms to keep Goa's beaches safe, welcoming, and responsible for everyone.
