Seraulim, Sept. 19 -- A stretch of road leading towards the popular Colva beach has turned into a regular garbage dumping spot at Seraulim, raising concerns over cleanliness and the condition of a route frequently used by residents, commuters and tourists.

A section along one side of the road has reportedly become a dumping ground, with waste being openly discarded along the roadside. The accumulation of garbage has affected the appearance of the area and raised concerns about hygiene and public health.

The situation is reportedly worse after dark, as one side of the stretch lacks adequate street lighting. The poor visibility has raised concerns that people are taking advantage of the darkness to dump waste without being easily noticed....
