Samuel Braganza Death Probe Expands to Examine Alleged Mental Harassment and Social Media's Role
Goa, June 11 -- The departmental inquiry into the death of 22-year-old Samuel D. Braganza has reportedly expanded to examine allegations of mental harassment, the role of social media, and the circumstances leading up to the tragic incident.
North Goa Superintendent of Police Vishwesh Karpe, who is heading the inquiry, has reportedly recorded the statements of personnel attached to Mapusa Police Station who were involved in registering the FIR against Samuel.
As part of the ongoing investigation, officials have also recorded the statement of the individual who allegedly filmed the video that later circulated widely on social media.
