Goa, Aug. 3 -- The Government Primary School at Sal Rehabilitation in the Bicholim constituency has been operating from rented premises for the past four years, with construction of its new building yet to begin despite the demolition of the old structure.
The students were shifted to a rented building to facilitate the construction of a new school. However, four years later, work on the project has not commenced, with locals claiming that not a single stone has been laid at the site.
