Goa, April 20 -- Mumbai Indians are sweating over the fitness of star opener Rohit Sharma ahead of their IPL 2026 clash against Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
Rohit had picked up a hamstring injury during the match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru and missed the previous game against Punjab Kings. He has since returned to training and was seen batting in the nets, which is a positive sign for MI.
Team coach Paras Mhambrey has confirmed that Rohit is "fit," along with Mitchell Santner, but stopped short of giving a final confirmation on the playing XI.
