Goa, April 10 -- A worrying surge in child abuse and online grooming cases has raised serious concerns in South Goa, with Bailancho Ekvott warning that children are increasingly being targeted both online and within familiar surroundings.
Highlighting recent instances of manipulation and exploitation, the group stressed that offenders are using digital platforms as well as trusted environments to approach and groom minors. The situation, they said, calls for immediate and coordinated intervention.
