Goa, May 23 -- Noted Konkani writer, teacher and actor Sanjay Shripad Sinai Talwadkar passed away on Friday night at the age of 72.

Originally hailing from Deulmol in Quepem and presently residing in Margao, Talwadkar was widely respected in Konkani literary and cultural circles for his unique humorous writing style and contribution to theatre and literature.

Among his notable works were Ghost and Bhus Baro Dis Baro, which earned appreciation from readers and theatre enthusiasts alike. Through his writings and performances, he carved a distinct identity in the Konkani literary world.
