Goa, April 27 -- Employees of the PWD Labour Supply Society (LSS), Altinho, Panaji, have submitted a memorandum to the Principal Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department, Government of Goa, demanding regularization of their long‑standing temporary appointments. Many workers have served for over a decade-some 10 to 23 years-carrying out permanent‑nature duties on a daily‑wage or temporary basis, yet without job security or access to benefits available to regular staff.
