Goa, Aug. 18 -- The Principal District Court has extended the judicial custody (JC) of Suleman Siddique Khan by one day after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a transfer application seeking his custody.

The transfer application is scheduled to be heard tomorrow at 5 pm. Meanwhile, the Mapusa Court is scheduled to hear Khan's bail plea on August 19.

The developments come as the ED seeks Khan's transfer into its custody while his bail application remains pending before the Mapusa Court.
