Goa, May 14 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has clarified that the recruitment process for the Goa Police and the Forest Department will be conducted through a single common entrance examination.

Responding to queries regarding the recruitment exams, Sawant stated that the staff selection process has already been finalised and that candidates will only have to appear for one common entry test.

He said there is no confusion regarding the recruitment procedure and alleged that certain individuals are unnecessarily creating misunderstanding over the issue.

According to the Chief Minister, a single entrance examination is sufficient and will apply to all candidates appearing for recruitment in the concerned departments.
