Goa, July 4 -- The 5.15-km, six-lane Porvorim flyover on National Highway 66 has achieved a major construction milestone with the successful installation of its final span. The latest development officially connects both ends of the structure, marking significant progress in one of Goa's key infrastructure projects. Public Works Department Minister Digambar Kamat visited the site to witness the completion of the critical phase. Once fully operational, the flyover is expected to ease traffic congestion along the busy Porvorim stretch, improving travel time and enhancing connectivity for thousands of daily commuters using the highway.
