Goa, June 10 -- The office of the Water Resources Department (WRD), Quepem Division 14, Subdivision 4, is reportedly functioning under inadequate conditions, with a severe shortage of basic infrastructure and essential facilities affecting both employees and members of the public.

According to reports, staff members are compelled to work using broken and damaged chairs, some of which have reportedly been tied together with threads to remain usable. The office also lacks proper seating arrangements for visitors, causing inconvenience to citizens who come to the department for official work.
