Goa, June 12 -- Police personnel stationed near the Mollem check post were allegedly caught on camera stopping vehicles and collecting money from motorists without issuing official challans, raising serious questions over the enforcement process.

The alleged transactions were recorded during media surveillance in the area, with visuals purportedly showing officers accepting cash from motorists after stopping their vehicles. According to reports, no challans or official receipts were issued during the interactions.

When questioned by members of the media about the money being collected, the police personnel reportedly did not provide an explanation and subsequently left the spot.
