Goa, May 13 -- The drowning death of a 21-year-old IIT student at the treacherous Okambi stretch of the Dudhsagar river has finally triggered a crackdown by the ad ministration, with police direct ed to intensify patrolling, stop visitors from entering river spots and book offenders violating ban orders.
