Goa, July 23 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday broke his silence on the ongoing student protest at Jantar Mantar, asserting that those responsible for examination paper leaks would face stringent action and would "not be spared."

In a statement shared on social media, the Prime Minister emphasised that protecting the future of India's youth remained a top priority and announced the government's decision to establish fast-track courts to ensure speedy trials in paper leak cases.
