Goa, Sept. 11 -- On the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin held high-level bilateral talks to review and advance the India-Russia Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership. Highlighting the warm rapport between the two leaders, PM Modi and President Putin shared a car ride from their meeting venue to inspect an industrial exhibition at Bharat Mandapam.
