Goa, April 16 -- The Traffic Department Goa has resumed its crackdown on unauthorised modified bike silencers and loud exhaust systems in Panjim, seizing five motorcycles during the operation.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Sudesh Narvekar said that strict action will be taken against violators as part of ongoing efforts to curb noise pollution and enforce traffic regulations.
He added that offenders will be issued challans, produced before the court, and face stringent penalties in accordance with the law.
