Goa, June 2 -- Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar credits CM Pramod Sawant as GRB announces long-awaited transfer of ownership at nominal cost.

In a major relief for more than 350 families residing in Goa Rehabilitation Board (GRB) housing units at Sada, Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar has announced that ownership rights to the flats will be granted within the next month, ending a decades-long wait for residents.

The announcement was made following a declaration by GRB Chairman Rajesh Faldessai, who confirmed that the process of transferring ownership of the housing units to occupants would be completed shortly.
