Goa, May 11 -- Amid growing concerns over escalating tensions in West Asia, the Central Government on Monday assured citizens that there is no shortage of petrol, diesel, LPG or crude oil in the country. Officials said India currently has sufficient fuel reserves and there is no reason for panic buying or unnecessary hoarding.
During an inter-ministerial media briefing, the Petroleum Ministry stated that the government has already taken precautionary steps to minimise the impact of the ongoing geopolitical situation on India's energy supply chain.
