Goa, June 15 -- Advocate General Devidas Pangam has clarified that the court has not issued any fresh order on the matter but had previously directed that all actions would remain subject to the final outcome of the pending petition.

Explaining the court's position, Pangam stated that certain applications had already been processed before the matter was brought to the court's notice. He said those earlier actions were not the subject of the court's concern, as they had not been communicated during the proceedings.

However, the Advocate General noted that the court has now directed that all further actions related to the matter should remain on hold until the necessary amendment is carried out.
