Goa, June 24 -- The defence counsel representing Chetan Chaudhary has claimed that there is no concrete evidence linking his client to the alleged murder of Pune businessman Ketan Agarwal.

Advocate Ram Shahane argued that the FIR does not clearly describe Chaudhary's role in the case and merely identifies him as the boyfriend of co-accused Siya Goyal.

He maintained that Chaudhary has been implicated without sufficient grounds and stressed that the allegations against him remain vague.
