Goa, Aug. 13 -- The lighting infrastructure is expected to improve visibility, road safety and convenience for residents and commuters.

A series of infrastructure initiatives aimed at strengthening public amenities was inaugurated across the Siolim constituency, with new high-mast and four-arm lighting poles installed at several key locations.

High-mast poles have been installed near Shree Dattatreya Mandir in Guddem, the Y Junction near Augusta Chapel, Porta Waddo, and Sao Joao Chapel in Fernandes Waddo.

A four-arm pole has also been installed near Mizu Goa at Bhaman Waddo. The new lighting facilities are expected to improve visibility for motorists and pedestrians, particularly during the night and in areas with heavy local movement....
