Goa, Aug. 7 -- Mapusa Police have arrested Ravi Naik, the main accused in the Moira road rage stabbing case, marking a significant development in the investigation.

Naik was produced before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court in Mapusa on Friday, which remanded him to seven days of police custody for further investigation.

Earlier, police had arrested Suraj Kasbe, a native of Maharashtra, in connection with the same assault case.

The investigation into the road rage incident is ongoing, and police are expected to question the accused further to establish the sequence of events and the roles of those involved in the stabbing.
