Goa, April 20 -- Amid ongoing reports of communal tension and administrative action in Dhandhuka, a devastating personal tragedy has come to light, highlighting the human cost behind the unrest. Mohammad Sabir, a migrant worker from Bihar, has been left shattered after a mob allegedly set fire to his tyre repair shop, wiping out his only source of income.
Sabir had relocated to Ahmedabad district around a year and a half ago in search of better opportunities and to escape poverty. However, his aspirations were abruptly cut short when a group armed with petrol reportedly attacked his shop, reducing it to charred remains of burnt rubber and debris.
