Goa, June 18 -- The Mapusa Police have arrested the main accused in connection with a theft case reported two days ago at Cunchelim, Dattawadi, Mapusa.

According to police, the accused was apprehended following an investigation into the burglary, marking a significant breakthrough in the case. Efforts are currently underway to trace and arrest the remaining suspects believed to have been involved in the crime.

Police officials stated that the investigation is progressing, with teams working on various leads to identify and nab the other accused persons.
